You can customize the silicone case structure, shape, size, texture, and add embossed or debossed logos by developing new silicone tooling. Case shapes can be tailored to your needs—round, oval, square, rectangle, heart, circle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon, star, octagon, sun-inspired, and more. Structures can be hollow, collapsible, non-folding, or multi-color, with molded designs suitable for phones, electronics, medical instruments, and other applications.

All custom silicone cases are produced using compression molding, LSR molding, or multi-color dripping molding. Each one is made from food-grade silicone that’s BPA-free, eco-friendly, and heat-resistant.

We can design silicone cases with heights ranging from 10 cm to 50 cm (4″ to 20″), and thicknesses from 0.03 cm to 0.05 cm, delivering reliable protection and a refined finish for your custom projects.

Demolding:

Carefully demold the cured silicone cases, ensuring they retain their precise shape and structural integrity.

First Quality Control:

Post-processing:

Proceed with the silicone baby sleeves by performing post-processing steps such as trimming, grinding, polishing, spraying, and thorough inspection to ensure quality and finish.

Secondary vulcanization:

Secondary vulcanization is essential for products that pass inspection, involving baking in an oven for 2–4 hours to meet FDA or LFGB standards. However, this step may not be necessary for LSR silicone cases.

LOGO or Pattern printing if needed:

Apply the design using laser engraving or printing methods. In some cases, the silicone case logo can be directly integrated into the tooling for a more seamless finish.

Cleaning and Packaging:

Clean the silicone cases thoroughly to eliminate any dust, residues, or impurities. After cleaning, package them according to your specific requirements—whether individually or in customized sets—to ensure they are presentation-ready and protected during transit.

Final Quality control and testing:

Once the entire silicone case production process is complete, conduct a final quality inspection on the sleeves to ensure they meet all specifications and quality standards before shipment.
