Material
Our experienced engineers will recommend the most suitable raw materials based on your specific requirements—such as liquid or solid silicone, tensile and tear strength, and compliance with standards like FDA, LFGB, or medical-grade specifications from various brands. If needed, antimicrobial agents can also be added to meet sterility and hygiene standards.
You can customize the silicone bottle’s structure, shape, size, texture, and logo (embossed or debossed) by developing new silicone tooling. Available shapes include round, oval, square, rectangle, heart, circle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon, star, octagon, sun, or any other style based on your design preferences. Bottle structures can be hollow, collapsible, non-folding, or multi-color—tailored to your specific needs.
All customized silicone bottles are produced using compression molding, LSR molding, or multi-color dripping molding. They are crafted from food-grade silicone that is BPA-free, eco-friendly, and heat-resistant.
We can design silicone bottles with a height ranging from 5 cm to 50 cm (2″ to 20″), and a thickness from 0.02 cm to 0.05 cm, ensuring a balance of form, durability, and flexibility.
You can customize the color of your silicone bottles based on the Pantone color chart. Common color options include white, black, green, and gray.
If needed, HaoTian also offers double-color, marble-effect, and multi-colored silicone bottle customization.
