Curing and Cooling:

Demolding:
Carefully remove the cured silicone bowls from the molds, making sure they retain their designed shape and structure.
First Quality Control:
Inspect each silicone bowls for defects like air bubbles, surface irregularities, or color inconsistencies. Any items that don’t meet quality standards are removed from the batch.
Post-processing:

Secondary vulcanization:

Cleaning and Packaging:

Final Quality control and testing:
