You can customize the silicone cover’s structure, shape, size, texture, and logo (embossed or debossed) by developing new silicone tooling. Shapes can be fully tailored to your design—round, oval, square, rectangle, heart, circle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon, star, octagon, sun-inspired, and more. Structures can include hollow or collapsible designs, complex contours, irregular surfaces, non-folding bodies, and multi-color patterns.

All custom silicone covers are manufactured using compression molding, LSR molding, or multi-color dripping molding. They are made from food-grade silicone that is BPA-free, eco-friendly, and heat-resistant.

We support cover heights from 5 cm to 50 cm (2″ to 20″), with tailored wall thicknesses ranging from 0.015 cm to 0.05 cm—fully adapted to your specific product requirements.

Curing and Cooling:

Let the silicone covers cure and cool within the molds. The curing duration depends on the specific silicone formulation and the thickness of the product.

Demolding:

Carefully demold the cured silicone covers from the steel molds, ensuring they retain their precise shape and structural integrity.

First Quality Control:

Check each silicone cover carefully for any defects—such as bubbles, surface flaws, or inconsistencies in shape or color. Any that don’t meet quality standards are removed to ensure only flawless products proceed.

Post-processing:

Take out the silicone covers from the molds and proceed with post-processing treatments such as trimming, grinding, polishing, spraying, and detailed inspection to ensure a clean finish and high-quality appearance.

Secondary vulcanization:

Secondary vulcanization is essential for inspected products—baking in the oven for 2–4 hours helps meet FDA or LFGB standards. This step may be skipped for LSR silicone covers, depending on requirements.

LOGO or Pattern printing if needed:

Apply the design through laser engraving or various printing methods. In some cases, the logo can also be integrated directly into the silicone tooling for a permanent, molded-in effect.

Cleaning and Packaging:

Thoroughly clean the silicone covers to eliminate any remaining residues or impurities. Then, package them based on your specific requirements—whether that’s in customized sets or individual units.

Final Quality control and testing:

Once all production steps are completed, a final quality check is conducted on the silicone covers to ensure they meet your specifications before shipment.
